Claude Setup

One connector add propagates to Claude.ai web, Claude Desktop, and Cowork.

Prerequisites

  • A Titan Tools account — exclusive to Titan Network members.
  • A Claude.ai account (any plan with Connectors access).

Setup Steps

  1. 1

    Open Customize > Connectors

On Pro / Max accounts, the path is Customize > Connectors. On Team / Enterprise, it lives under Organization settings > Connectors. Either path opens the same connector list.

  2. 2

    Add custom connector

Choose Add custom connector and paste the server URL below.

    Server URL
    https://titanconnect.titannetwork.com/api/mcp
  3. 3

    Authenticate with Titan Tools

Claude opens a browser window. Sign in to your Titan Tools account and approve the connection. Claude receives a scoped access token automatically — your password never leaves Titan.

  4. 4

Download the Titan AI Connect Skill

Required — the skill teaches your AI how to use the tools effectively (which tool to reach for, when to ground answers in Titan content, how actions get approved).

    Download Skill ZIPLast updated 2026-05-24
  5. 5

Upload the Skill in Customize > Skills

On the same Customize panel, switch to Skills, click +, choose the ZIP you just downloaded, and toggle the skill ON.

  6. 6

    Start asking

Open a new chat and try one of the prompts below. Your AI now has live access to your Amazon data and the full Titan playbook.

How to update Titan AI Connect

When we ship a new version of the skill or the connector, you need to refresh both. The skill teaches your AI how to use the tools; the connector exposes which tools are available. They update on different mechanisms.

  1. 1

    Re-download the latest skill ZIP

Check the date on the gold Download button — if it's later than when you last installed, there's a new version. Click to download.

  2. 2

    Re-upload in Customize > Skills

Open Claude.ai → Customize > Skills, click + to add a new skill, select the freshly-downloaded ZIP, then toggle the new skill ON. If a skill with the same name already exists, toggle the old one OFF or remove it.

  3. 3

    Disconnect and reconnect the connector

Open Customize > Connectors, find Titan AI Connect, and disconnect it. Then re-add it (the server URL hasn't changed). This refreshes Claude's cached list of tools.

  4. 4

    Try a prompt to verify

Open a new chat and ask something that uses a recent tool. If it works, you're current. If you get a tools-not-found error or stale-looking output, repeat step 3 — sometimes 2–3 disconnect/reconnect cycles are needed before the cache fully refreshes.

Why two steps? The skill and the connector are independent. An old skill + new connector means your AI is missing instructions on how to use the latest tools. A new skill + old connector means the skill cites tools your connector hasn't surfaced yet. Refresh both and you're current.

Where else does this connector appear?

The connector you just added auto-appears in Claude Desktop and Cowork — any surface signed into the same Claude account. No additional setup.

Approval guardrails

Claude shows you a confirmation dialog before any action that modifies your Amazon Ads account. You approve or deny per call.

Don't toggle Always Allow on action tools — review every one. Read the safety guide before enabling actions in any host.
